Eco-LOGICA is the first certifier organization in Latin America authorized by the US government, meaning every Eco-LOGICA product meeting NOP standards is recognized on the American market.
Due to Costa Rica's recognition as a third country to the European Union, fresh products or processed vegetables originating from Costa Rica and certified Eco-LOGICA can be labeled and commercialized as organic, eco-friendly or biologic in every country of the European Union.

Organic Farming Europe
Costa Rica being recognized as a third country to the European Union, fresh products or processed vegetables originating from Costa Rica and certified Eco-LOGICA can be labeled and commercialized as organic, eco-friendly or biologic in every country of the European Union.
Since January 1st, 2009, "Organic Farming Europe" is the european official label for all products resulting from an organic production.
"USDA organic" is a label certifying that the transformed products are respecting the rules of American organic production.

Every associated producers of sugarcane are certified organic by the OKO-BCS organization.
BCS is a German organization that certifies products respecting the specifications of an organic farming. This certification monitors the application to the organic regulation in the EUropean Union. Our sugarcane thus can be labeled with the european logo and, thanks to an agreement with the United States, is also recognized as "Organic" by the USDA (United States Department of Agriculture).
The entire sugarcane that we offer on the market is organic and fair trade. It is for us of great satisfaction to have our products respecting both of the environment and the work of producers.
FLO-CERT - Fair Trade
The association APOYA was certified with honors in 2013 by the Flo-Cert organization.
Flo-Cert is an organization that certifies other organizations respecting the principles of fair trade by giving them the Fairtrade label.
The Fairtrade label guarantees the product you buy has been cultivated and commercialized with respect of strict social, economic and environmental criteria.
